1. Shipping Methods and Times
At Metal Garden, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Orders shipped using this method will typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after processing. Western Australia can take 10 to 15 business days.
- Express Shipping: Orders shipped using this method will typically arrive within 2-3 business days after processing. Express post will vary depending on weight of the sculpture. Contact Metal Garden after you have purchased your order to organise a payment for express post.
- International Shipping: For our international customers, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the availability of the product and other factors. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Costs
All orders $50 and more receive free shipping Australia wide. Orders $49 and below are charged a flat fee of $12 for postage.
3. Order Processing Time
Sculptures are handmade to order and typically take 1 to 2 weeks to be made. Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons or promotional events.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via mobile from Australia Post, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package. You can track your order by visiting the provided tracking link.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- Shipping may be delayed or unavailable to certain remote areas. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at sales@metalgarden.com.au within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution. If your order is permanently lost we will replace your order and send again asap.
